Hi,

in my website http://www.lotrovoio.net I have a problem with contact form 7. The following message appears in the console: invalid_json”, message: “The response is not a valid JSON response.” I tried disabling all plugins and changing theme, but the problem still persists. What could it depend on?

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Classic Editor, Classic Widgets and Really Simple SSL, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

I already tried that and it didn’t work. I did it again now and it still doesn’t work, as per the attached photo. http://lotrovoio.net/screenshot.jpg
