json value isn’t an array VALUE: NULL

I am trying to migrate a site from one host to another. I can create the package and download form source site. When I try in run in the installer it gives me an error about not being able to create db and then it shows error “json value isn’t an array VALUE: NULL”

I have disabled Wordfence WAF, I have tried to remove and add the duplicator plugin again on source site. But I cannot resolve this error.

What is going wrong?
