jsQuery blockUI problem

I had a problem with a purchased version (zip file) of the plugin which complained about a jsQuery version mismatch. I had to clear my entire wordpress installation in go daddy.com and reinstall hotornot through that wordpress system instead of using a separate zip file.

Is there a resolution for the blockUI problem?
