Jump menu changes to year 2000

The jump menu on my clients site changes to the year 2000 no matter what year/month is selected.
For example, I select November, 2023 and click go. It changes to November, 2000.
I noticed that the correct variable isn’t being displayed in the url bar.
It’s showing:
https://zedmediations.com/calendar/?month=11&yr=NaNRather than:
https://zedmediations.com/calendar/?month=11&yr=2023The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
