Jump on scroll

Works on some pages but on home page it jumps up during scroll.

Here are the settings:

Margin Top: 55 px

Margin Bottom: 313 px

Refresh interval: 0 milliseconds / Set 0 to disable.

Screen Max Width: 767px / Plugin will be disabled when browser window width equals or less then specified value
