Just a Little Bug with Plugin Groups…

    Hi Jeff, I hope you’re well! I noticed this issue some time ago but I couldn’t figure out what was causing it. Now that I’ve got more insight, I thought I should let you know what I’ve found…

    On the Plugins List screen, at the top, there’s a list of plugin groups with links to filter the plugin list table to display only the plugins in each group. Next to the group name, the number of plugins belonging to each group is displayed.

    If a plugin is removed from a group, the number next to the group name is updated accordingly. However, if a plugin is deleted without first being removed from the group, the number next to the group name doesn’t change (as in, that plugin is still being counted as part of the group even though it’s been deleted).

    Is there any way to fix this so that the group count is updated upon plugin deletion?

    I will look into this for the next release. I’ve been working on a a version that allows selecting plugins based on roles along with improvements and bug fixes. I started it 6 months ago and it’s not going well. I’m getting close to abandoning the roles feature and releasing the other things I’ve done. I’ll add this to the changes if I can repeat it and fix it. I’m really going to try to get something out soon one way or the other.
