Just a use case question

Hi,
i would like to know if i could use your plugin in my use case.

My use case is:

For my logged in users i want to implement a simple ticket system.
The user can create a ticket which is based a custom post type plus advanced customs fields.
On the same post edit page below the ticket data input form i want to show the filemanager so that the user can upload some files related to his ticket.
Finally the user will save/release his created ticket post.

So is it possible to
a) show the filemanager on the post edit page (in the backend) below/under my ticket edit form (created with ACF)?
b) allow to set a personal base folder for the uploaded files of this user?

Are there any hooks that can be used f.e. to inform the post edit page after
the fileupload has finished or if an error occured?
