@alucard001 – sorry for your apparently unpleasant experience with WooCommerce Multilingual.
For what is worth, I can tell you that we’re putting a lot of effort in covering as much of the huge area of compatibility not just with WPML but with a lot more other plugins.
Sometimes the bugs are a result of not being able to cover *everything*. However, we’re also putting a lot of effort in supporting users who experience problems using our products.
I recommend to you, and anyone else reading this, to use our support with confidence and maybe realize that there’s a really short path between situations like yours and having everything up and running.

I must say, I understand you, and your team, effort.
No software is perfect. I am also not perfect.
But you know, I have been using this plugins for over 2 years, and I notice one thing: there are always a problem after each release which is critical to our business.
I truly understand your situation, because I am a wp plugin developer also, but it is so frustrated when there is “another bug” that caused part of the system not functioning correctly.
Hope also you can understand.

I am sorry, but using the support, for me means that I have to ensure triple times that everything is updated, tested and tested over again. This will repeat and repeat and often the reported bug was not fixed at all. Sometimes I even got the impression that the support makes me busy so I can’t report any further issues meanwhile. Also tickets are closed quickly, whether the bug is fixed or not. Finally, after having one or the other stable version with just little issues – maybe even a few usable versions in a row – then there are heavy bugs which prevents you from using the shop at all. With the latest update, some of my composite products turned into white pages. This means if you use WPML, with EVERLY LITTLE UPDATE, you need to test your full multisite with all possible business cases, because WPML (at least in conjunction with WooCommerce) is extremely unstable, just like alpha developments in a sandbox.

Yes it is always the case. After working in a number of projects involving WooCommerce + WPML, things are easily going weird.
I must say, I TRULY appreciate you and your team effort. Thank you very much for all of you.

I bought WPML about 14 months ago. Tried for a month or two to get it to work. Never could get it to work. Recently, had some plugin and WP updates and I’ve noticed that there is residual WPML junk everywhere.
TRIED to get to the WPML support site and I’m completely locked out.
I guess, they only help you to remove the software if you have an issue in the first year.
I sent a generic contact request and haven’t heard anything back yet.
Bottom line up front: The software doesn’t work and support vanishes after your account expires. In other words, I have to pay for a new subscription to find out how to remove this defective code. If WPML wrote the program correctly, it would remove itself completely, not 80%, not 84%, not enough where it leaves residual problems.
Still waiting for an email…
