I’m just a bit curious, as you rated 4 stars, I just wanted to hear from you, what feature(s) or functionality would improve your rating to 5 stars? This type of feedback is very important to us as we strive to create the best possible experience for you, our valued customers.
You did mention that your form is very basic. In case it helps, you can take the styling of your form to the next level using the newly released Form Themes feature which brings our form styler that was previously available in the Gutenberg editor directly into WPForms itself.

Hello Tajay,
My 4 star rating has nothing to do with wanted features or functionality. Since I only wanted one simple basic form, I thought a rating of 5 might be misleading to those who would be considering your product. If I had several forms that were much more intricate in design or functionality, and if there were no issues, a 5 would have been appropriate. If the need to add more forms to my site should arise, and there are no issues, I will gladly give a 5 rating. Thanks for asking about possible improvements to your product, it shows that you care. That means a lot to me as a customer. — Al
