• It’s sad to see how millions of people are using bloated page builders and still use terrible Classic Editor. Get over it, just use Gutenberg!

  • It´s the second bad review with the exact same words.

I have a blog with more than 200 articles, each of them with more than 800/1200 words.

When Gutenberg appeared, it didn´t turn automatically my articles into correct blocks. It messed up titles with paragraphs, turning articles into a single content block of 500 words! That hurts SEO and revenue.

The only solution was to manually convert each old post to Gutenberg. Not realistic.

Gutenberg might be useful for pages with slides, buttons, maps, quizzes, interactive thingies or whatever, but not for classic plain text articles. And that´s a thing still nowadays! Some people like me love just to read, specially regarding complex issues.

Please keep Classic Editor plugin, or even better: give us a “classic option”, non bloated and not messy, within Gutenberg!

While I’m really not a fan (and never use) page builders, at least they work most of the time and offer an acceptable UI.

And it is the best option for most amateurs. Good typography is king. You can create a good layout, and the user will have a good looking site for years. Let customers create complicated elements, and they will mess up a site in no time.
