jw mp3 flash player

So this plugin requires that you use xml playlist. problem is- there is no explanation on how this is done. i am not entirely up to code on how these things work so would love to have some help in how to turn an mp3 song into an xml file.

the things they ask you for when trying to upload one song at a time:

Title:
Link:
Song’s URL:
Image’s URL:

Not really sure where to get a URL and such. Have been looking around for a few hours now to no avail. Would appreciate an answer asap, thank you very much!
