JW Player Error Loading Media

I’ve been using JW Player 6 Plugin for WP for a while now. I recently starting getting this error “error loading media” File not found”. The file is there and has been there.

This issue is on every post. Does anyone know of another player that is simple to use and that does not have continual problems? Now that I think about it when I went from version 5-6 I had the same issue.
