Hello to everyone, I face a big problem with Elementor and JWPlayer, on my WordPress website. I would like to disable the buttons I want on the video player JWPlayer, by working on the CSS.

I know it is possible because the JWPlayer support gave me some blocks to paste, and I saw some other dudes on internet doing this.

I was happy with the Free version of Elementor, and I just bought today the Pro Version in order to being able to customize the CSS of the elements.

You can see my screenshot here :

It should hide the “rewind” and “pip” buttons, but sadly it is not working. I’d be very grateful if someone could help me to fix that.

And the JWPlayer element is showing from an embed iframe block

    Have a nice day 🙂`

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You’re using a commercial/premium theme/plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Thank you for your answer, but sadly they could not help me, that’s why I am here…

    This is their answer :

“Unfortunately, providing custom code assistance falls outside of the scope of our support. As a workaround, I suggest you join the Elementor Facebook Community where you can find a supportive and helpful community of experienced users that are happy to provide useful tips and tricks. Also, you can get code assistance on our developer’s forum, which is mostly based on coding – https://github.com/elementor/elementor My apologies for the inconvenience.”

You cannot get help for Elementor Pro here. I can’t look at your CSS because you’ve disabled right clicks. (And what’s the “pip” button?)

As you are an Elementor Pro user the developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
