KCFinder in CKEditor for WordPress

I was reading another forum (searched for kcfinder here) because I wanted a better way to manage images from the post edit screen. I finally got it running (based on what HardyBerlin said in a reply) and this setup is AWESOME!

Are there security issues I should be concerned with running it this way?
