Can’t print Contact Form 7 form once submitted

    Hi from France.
    I have an issue using Print-O-Matic and Contact Form 7.
    It looks like this issue is recent because I didn’t notice it before.
    When the Contact Form 7 form is submitted, all the fields are discarded.
    So it is not possible to print the submitted form afterwards.
    Do you have any hint to circumvent this issue ?

    Is this still an issue with the Print-O-Matic deactivated?

    Sorry, but clearing fields after submission is the default behaviour of CF7 and has nothing to do with our plugin.
    print-pro-matic has a feature that allows the form to print on submit, so the fields can be printed as the form is being submitted.

    Hi. I know that this is not an issue with Print-O-Matic but the idea was to know if there was a known way to solve this issue in the Print-O-Matic community.

    there is probably a way to de-activate the clearfield function of CF7, however this would cause a questionable user experience and a good chance the form would be submitted multiple times.

    Your best bet would be either to a) clearly explain that the form should be printed before it’s submitted… or b) allow for the print form to be triggered when it is submitted.
