Keep getting 4011 code

    HI web-mania,

    Thank you for showing interest in our plugin.

    Alert 4011 is generated when a user, with any role is removed from a site in a multisite installation. For example a super administrator removes user robert with Editor role from a site on a multisite installation.

    Can you please confirm if this is what is actually happening and that you have a multisite installation?

    We just released a new update of the plugin. Can you please update to this version and let me know if you can still reproduce the issue?
