Since there is a line of text right above the button you pressed to post this message, where this forum asks you:

Did you include a link to your site, so that others can see the problem?

And you did not follow those instructions very well, one must conclude from the information you provided that you did not, in fact, follow instructions correctly.

First, what shortcode are you using?

Second, are you certain you’ve shared your Sheet publicly? This includes not turning on (i.e., disabling) Google’s “download protection.” See “Prevent your file from being downloaded, printed, or copied.”

ok, i toggled the “download protection” and it looks like that was the key. =) i had not seen that in the instructions.

    thank you so kindly

AFAIK, “Download protection” is disabled by default. When you make a new Google Sheet, download protection is off. If that has changed, and it is now on by default, please let me know so I can include it in the instructions. It’s not included in the instructions right now because, again, that’s not the default setting, which means you (or someone) has to have actively turned that on for it to cause a problem.

You’re looking for the datatables_dom attribute. See DataTables dom option reference. (Hint: you need to remove the B from the dom string.)

Where do I go for this? I’d like to remove those options from my table as well. Also, I have just two sets of columns of data on my sheet, but when I display the chart (now that I’ve unchecked the ‘no downloading’ option), it displays the data more awkwardly than with plain old google docs. I’m also not really sure how to get the color/formatting into the chart. I see the reviews say lots of customizabiliy, but perhaps you could direct me to a link where to read how to customize the sheets through your plugin?

What it looks like with the plugin
    Untitled

What the goolge doc looks like:
    google docs view

what the blog post currently looks like with just google docs inserted
    Current blog post version

    I appreciate the help!
