I have tried to run a backup multiple times and still get a failed message. I tried uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it, but that didn’t work. Here is the error message I get:

    Failed at: 1383(/nfs/c06/h06/mnt/86871/domains/whiterimagedental.com/html/wp-content/plugins/wponlinebackup/include/files.php)
Attempt to write to file /nfs/c06/h06/mnt/86871/domains/whiterimagedental.com/html/wp-content/plugins/wponlinebackup/tmp/backup.data.php only partially succeeded. Only 818640 of 2310144 bytes were written. (2146664960 bytes already written.) PHP last error: No error message was logged.

Hopefully someone knows what’s going on! Thanks for your help!

    Hi sitebumpers,

The backup file got too large: (2146664960 bytes already written.)
This is 2GB which is a PHP maximum so it won’t write anymore data.

You’ll need to reduce the size of the backup. Maybe there are some backups you have stored on your server that are getting backed up by us? Best to check and exclude those.

If it’s lots of video data it will be difficult and you may need to exclude some old data as the backup file can only get to 2GB.

    Regards,

    Jason
