Thanks for the report. I have noticed that too. It only happens sometimes however, and for me it happens so rarely that I have not yet found out the reason.

Somehow I test with 4.1.0 version and these issue isn’t occur.
Please check and bring back to fix this issue.
Do you know what version PHP and MySQL/MariaDB are you using? I want to solve this but I can’t reproduce it so it’s difficult.

If you have the same issue could you please let me know if you’re running MariaDB (and not MySQL)? I think this is an issue with MariaDB (or rather an issue with my SQL queries that needs work to work on MariaDB).
