• Hi,

Seems like this issue persists no matter how many times I update. As I enter my dashboard almost 100% of the times I get a notification on a WordPress update. It also shows at the bottom of the page. It disappears as soon as I hit the button “check again” or sometimes even at entering the updates page.

Why does it happen so often? Its annoying and I would like to know if there is any easy fix for this.

    Thank you.

Is your site running a version of WordPress other than en_US? You may have updated to 4.2.2 en_US but now you need to grab the updated language files etc.

    Hi,

I have several installations in different domains. Some ones are en_US and some others are not but in both I have the same problem. When there is a language update I understand that counts as an update so I dont mind. I only update and thats it. But the problem is when there is nothing to update and it still shows as if there was. The notification usually disappears when I hit the button “check again” or reload the page.

    Thank you.
