keep recieving error messages

Dear helpers
I’ve had this problem for a while now but am resolved to trying to get it fixed
I am unable to duplicate previous newsletters that i have sent out or delete drafts or old newsletters
every time i try i get this message

403 Access Denied. If this is in error, please contact support.

i have reinstalled from a fresh install and i am the only person who has admin access rights to my site

theme, wordpress and woocommerce are all up to date !

Hopefully someone can tell me how to fix this
