I created a form and tested it on preview mode. The form submitted.
I have not added the form to the website and when i click ‘send message’ the form does not send. I see the spinning wheel.
Can someone please advise, thank you.

However, I did notice you are getting a JavaScript error from one of your JS files of your theme:https://snipboard.io/cLMfAs.jpg

I would advise looking into this with your theme support/developer in case there could be a conflict with scripts being processed for this page.
