keep showing please complete all required fields

    Hi, I’ve embedded a QSM quiz with all “required” questions. However, there are two issues often occurring.

    1. Showing “Please complete all required fields.” message, even though the questions are all done. Due to this issue, quiz-takers cannot go to the next step.

    2. The quiz doesn’t show up on the page.

    These two problems happen randomly but pretty often, and I can’t figure them out. Please kindly let me know how to fix, thanks.

    Hi @zoewu,

    I just checked the quiz link you have shared above. I checked the quiz twice but I did not experience these 2 issues at my end.

    1. After selecting the answers, it did not show me “Please complete all required fields.”. And I was able to go to the next page.

    2. The questions are properly showing on the page.

    Let me know how can I further investigate the issue.

    Hi Kriti @expresstechsupport , thank you for your reply! As per feedback, these issues do not always occur, however, they often happen to disturb takers to complete the quiz. Therefore, I think there might be bugs.

    I just checked the page with Chrome on MacOS/Windows/iOS/Android. For the second issue (Quiz doesn’t show properly), the quiz seems ok on mobile right now. However, it is weird that the quiz only shows on incognito windows while using MacOS/Windows.

    I just checked your quiz on my desktop, Google Chrome browser(not in incognito mode). And it is properly displaying on my desktop. Kindly check the following screenshot https://prnt.sc/10jido4
