What is the exact wording of the error message on the login page when your IP address is being blocked?

tried teh whitelist – not working. this is what it says:

Based on the error message you are seeing, the feature which is blocking your IP is the login lockdown feature.
Is there anything on your computer or device which might be running in the background which is continually trying to login? (perhaps using xmlrpc??)

not sure about xmlrpc – but would any sort of torrent client do that?

btw ~ this is only happening on one server, two different sites
– but not on another server (same company!)…
