Each of the last couple updates have installed fine and I have this network activated, but each time the site have the settings disabled after the update.

It shouldn’t do that if you have the option to keep settings when deactivated set. Even then it shouldn’t do that when upgrading.

I figured it shouldn’t but the last two small updates it has done it for sure. Fairly annoying when it’s being used on 5 sites :/ I do have the option set as well.
