Also is it possible to find details on who owns the abandoned cart as their details are only being captured if they get to the checkout. I have recently moved to woo commerce and I am having a big increase in the abandoned carts but dont know why. I would love to know if the customer is having problems during checkout or simply changing their minds.

I’m sorry about the confusion with this! ww.wp.xz.cn doesn’t have a way to attach images, however you can instead share images by uploading them to a website and then passing along the URL for the file.
Depending on what you prefer, you can use a free file sharing service like Dropbox (for example, our support team uses CloudApp to take and share screenshots). Or there are even some free services like https://pasteboard.co/ where you don’t even have to create an account to share an image. It just depends what you feel most comfortable with.
Then, you can pass the image link along to us here.
