Please, try the latest version, which is soon to be released: https://github.com/qTranslate-Team/wp-seo-qtranslate-x/archive/master.zip
How could you miss this announcement, it is in almost every thread of that plugin šŸ˜‰

It worked perfectly for a few hours, I had to disable qTranslateX.

When reactivated mysteriously did not work over the translation of Keywords SEO.

I did not move at anything else as well as disable the main plugin.

Please, lookup what do you have in option “Configuration Files” on page /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=qtranslate-x#integration? Then try to disable all three plugins and re-activate again?

    Thread Starter ofmarconi

    (@ofmarconi)

I have disabled the three, reactivated and continues the same way :/
That’s what I have in integrating page:

    ./i18n-config.json
    plugins/wp-seo-qtranslate-x-master/i18n-config.json
    ./i18n-config/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/i18n-config.json

I am not sure how to proceed, all looks correct. Could you do initial troubleshooting: https://qtranslatexteam.wordpress.com/troubleshooting/?
Error messages in logs? JS errors? Other plugins conflict? Think of what else is changed at the same time? Are keywords translations still in database, or did they disappear from there too?

    (@ofmarconi)

I still can not solve it, even with this link:
    https://kb.yoast.com/kb/wordpress-seo-qtranslate/

    does not work.

Sure that the plugin works with the latest version of Yoast (version 3.4)?

Is there any other similar plugin to Yoast that works with qTranslate?

    Thread Starter ofmarconi

    (@ofmarconi)

Restored to an old backup, the qTranslate updated to the version that is in Git.

And it worked, I’m sure the problem is in updating the Yoast.

In the backup Yoast plugin is 3.3.4 (this works)
    3.4 It does not work.

Do you know if there will be solution for 3.4?

First, topic https://kb.yoast.com/kb/wordpress-seo-qtranslate/ is awfully outdated from very old days, very old version of Yoast, they should remove it from there.

Is there any other similar plugin to Yoast that works with qTranslate?

    People use https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/ with https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack-qtranslate-x/.

But I would rather figured out with you what is wrong, because it should work.

I am totally puzzled on your problems though … line 529 does not exist in qtranslate_utils.php.

Please, confirm that you use the latest stable qtx:
    https://github.com/qTranslate-Team/qtranslate-x/archive/stable.zip

    and the latest integration plugin:
    https://github.com/qTranslate-Team/wp-seo-qtranslate-x/archive/master.zip

and any recent enough Yoast, above 3.0.

Turn off “wp-rocket” for testing purposes, since it generates error plugins/wp-rocket/inc/functions/i18n.php on line 262, although it may be an induced error from something else and it would not make any difference.

Is there a possibility of https://qtranslatexteam.wordpress.com/admin-access/, we should be able to figure it out pretty quickly since it works ok on our servers.

    Thread Starter ofmarconi

    (@ofmarconi)

I uninstalled and installed for the 5th time and it worked, apparently everything is OK with the latest version qTranslate and Yoast.

Really no idea what could be perhaps a fault of the WP?

In short for those with the same problem:
    – Restore to “backup” make sure everything is working;
    – Update Plugins from there;

Tks John Qtranslate is very good!
