An additional piece of information: I switched to the Classic Editor from the block editor, it seems to take and use the keywords or tags whatever the preferred term for them. I like the formatting abilities of the block editor but witout being able to insert these keywords, it is not very useful.

More information. I have two screen captures showing the subject lines of a campaign designed using the block editor:

or the classic editor:

As you can see, the one created with the block editor leaves the keyword instead of replacing it with the appropriate text from the post.

Hi @acekin,
Thanks for your patience and support.
Referring to the mentioned concerns, please find my answers below.
- Regarding the post tag issue, the admin has to add the post tags within the
{{campaign.posts}}
{{POSTTITLE}}
{{POSTIMAGE}}
{{/campaign.posts}}
Then it will work fine. We plan to improve this in a future release to avoid this difficulty for users.
- Regarding your inquiry about switching from the DND editor to the classic editor:
- The admin has to add the post tags/other tags within the “Post block” (in place of existing tags).
- If they want to add tags anywhere in the editor body, they need to use the previously mentioned
{{campaign.posts}} tag.
Let me know if you need any further assistance.
