    i paid for the complete version of your solution.

    Pro plugin
    all plugins package

    at the end the different plugins do not combine together smoothly and the result is not usable smootly by end users.

    package creation for several files have to be done manualle file after file by end users.
    file hosting on the front end is wrong UX design
    category management is wrong UX design
    ….

    so finally the complete thing will not be used by end users to submit files.

    it is possible for an admin to publish an resel files.
    but we cannot expect an end user to feel happy with the UX design to submit and handle files and packages.

    I have quit using this plugin after a short time test on a dev website.
    and i asked a kind refund.

    the company behind this plugin is actually inventing reasons not to make the kind refund.

    pay attention before investing money with that plugin

    @freelabcc For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics and redunds as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
