I have it running on a couple of live environments (WP 4.0) and on a testing environment (WP 4.1 alpha). All are running fine.
Don’t know why I cannot reproduce the error. I’ll fix it asap.

There was a problem with a missing function. I hope your knocked out site was related to that.

It’s a fantastic plugin, of course we’re going to use it. 😀 Whilst I’m here – thanks for it, I use it for every site I have. I got a bit panicked when I updated all client sites yesterday and it went “boom!” (but hey, at least not on my personal site 😛 ).
Anyway, it seems to be working perfectly again – thanks for the quick fix. 🙂
