Knowledge base page blank

    Hi,

    The knowledge base has the slug: mysite.com/help-center

    That is what is set up in the settings.

    I am able to access the documents located at mysite.com/help-center/document1 …. But I am not able to access the mysite.com/help-center page it shows a blank page with only the title showing.

    You can close my topic, the issue was due to a permalink plugin.
