    Hi there,

    I posted this problems a while back but have some updated information which I hope you can help with.

    The issue I have is that on the ‘Knowledge Graph & Schema’ option I selected ‘Person’ but do not have a drop down option to select anything from (I just get ‘loading’). I have a profile setup and the latest WordPress/Yoast updates installed. I have also run a check to see if there are any plugin conflicts.

    I’ve managed to check for JavaScript errors on the page, I should add this is all new and I did this via a basic video tutorial. The following errors appeared.

    Does this help diagnose the problem? If so what’s the fix?

    We’re sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with our plugin.

    The provided screenshot shows a couple of JavaScript errors appearing in your browser console. When requesting the list of users, your server returns a 403 Forbidden error.

    We received a similar report from other users where the issue was caused by their web host’s security measures. Please contact your web host to check the ‘mod_security’ settings that prevent our plugin from accessing the user list.

    If there are no ‘mod_security’ settings preventing access at the server, you may have a security plugin that limits access to the WordPress wp-json feature. Please review any security restrictions and whitelist the Yoast plugin for accessing the feature.
