Knowledgebase Event Registration Not Clickable

    Hi everyone! I signed up for the free Knowledgebase event ticket. It is implemented fine into the website, but for some reason, I cannot click on the button to register. I have tried it on my mobile device, in Safari, and on Chrome, but I cannot click on the register button. I’ve tried clearing my cache, but that didn’t help. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can fix this problem?

    Hi there,

    Apologies for the issues you are having, I would be happy to help you troubleshoot this!

    This seems either like an issue with a caching app or a setting. If you have a caching plugin, try disabling it to see if that works. Otherwise, please make sure that under Events > Settings > Display the box is checked for “Use Updated Calendar Views.” I think your site is using V1, so you will have to make sure you are using V2. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/enabling-updated-calendar-views/
