    Hello all!
    Is it possible to add shortcodes for WP Knowledgebase plugin?
    http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-knowledgebase

    I would like to add the KB Article Name and the Category to the notification email.

    Hi @mriostamez,
    Thanks for your message.

    This would have to be done as an add-on for BNFW as adding support for specific plugins with the core BNFW plugin isn’t something I plan to do.

    If, however, the post type that WP Knowledgebase uses exists within the dropdown list of available notifications to choose from from within BNFW, them you should be able to use the shortcodes that BNFW already provides to output the title and custom taxonomy.
