i have been advised that i need to fill the “Category” column for the kogan feed before they can process , just wondering how can i add this, thanks

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. I am going to assume you used the Kogan channel when configuring your feed?
If so, on the field mapping section, you need to create this mapping:

it must include the category otherwise kogan does not accept the feed, i use Custom label 0 and Custom label 1 but it does not show in feed

Perhaps you mapped the wrong custom label 0 / 1 attribute to Kogan’s category field? Did you check the drop-downs in the field mapping to see if there are other attributes there that have custom label naming in them?
there is not other custome label for them, is there anyway i can check ?
In the screenshot you showed there is a custom label 0 and custom label 1 on your product edit pages. How did those custom label input fields get there?
- If you added them yourselves by creating WooCommerce attributes then they definitely should show in the drop-downs
- When they have been added using a 3th party plugin then they might not show when that plugin did not create those input fields with attributes or custom fields or they might have named it differently so it shows under a different name in the drop downs. In that case I suggest you reach out to their support asking what the technical attribute name is for those fields
now i change the mapping and test, eg mapping PRODUCT_SKU to product name
it does not update
Can you please send us the plugin debug.log so we can see how you have configured your product feed?

Thanks for sending over the debug.log. I had a look at it and according to the debug.log it is still mapped to SKU and not product name?
