    Can you check with Advanced Cron Manager plugin is there is a Koko cron task scheduled, and if something else is on top of the queue that is maybe blocking the queue?

    hi Lap,

    I checked with advanced cron. This seemed to be alright, but in fact Koko doesn’t work. This plugin tells the same number of persons since yesterday (3 visitors / last hours and that remains for the last 48 hours)

    Hello @sabetti,

    Looking at your site, the plugin does seem to be collecting data correctly.

    If you go to the settings page (via the “settings” link in the top right corner of your Koko Analytics dashboard), there should be a new line saying “Time since last aggregation”. What does it say for you?
