Label Block Form

Sending a form via the Form Block arrives with the label coming from: Email <[email protected]> (/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-addons-for-gutenberg/blocks-config/forms/class- uagb-forms.php, line 447). Where to set this header to have: [Site Title] <[WordPress Admin Email Address]>.
