There would need to be a way to edit the labels globally. Currently, in my experience, this works only product-related. Any solutions for this?

If you added options to each product unfortunately there is no way to edit them globally.

If you added options globally (https://productbuilder.rednao.com/knowledge-base/global-product-options/) you can edit them in the global options configuration and the changes will apply to all the products.
