    Label is stuck and says purchased but will not finalize. errors out after a day with the message:

    You have purchased a label, but the purchase status is still pending. Please wait a few minutes and refresh the purchase status. If the status is still pending, please contact support.

    Error fetching label status.

    The response is not a valid JSON response.

    Purchased before and after this label and no problems, have printed thousands of labels and never had this problem before.

    Hi @tfdb2018, I understand how concerning it feels when a label purchase gets stuck like this, especially since you have processed thousands of labels without any issues. I will gladly take a closer look with you to help get things moving again.

    This type of loop usually happens when the label status cannot be retrieved from the carrier because the response returned is incomplete or malformed. To move forward, please share your WooCommerce system status report so we can check for anything that may be blocking the request. You can send it through https://pastebin.com or https://quickforget.com.

    You can get the system status report by navigating to WooCommerce, Status, then click Get system report and copy it into one of the tools above.

    Once you share that, I will check for anything that could be preventing the plugin from finalizing the label. Looking forward to your update so we can get this unstuck.
