Label text issue

Hello,
i’m having a weird issue on my contact form. Hope you can help me out to resolve…
When i enter the text in the field (for example your subject) and then click to another field to fill it with text i’m seeing that label text goes over the text i’m typing in that field.

If you are not sure what i mean you can go to the website and try filling the form.
