halo after an update of your plugin just don’t know which exact update, the labels no longer work properly.

On the catalog shop page the labels are staggered like “LOADED FOR FREE”.

On the product page when I put the labels on, the 2nd product photo is invisible. as you can see in the video when i turn off the labels on the product page it works normally.

previously the labels worked perfectly on both pages. after an update everything has shifted and is broken on the product page.

    I use Flatsome theme

    Hi,

First of all – please tell me the plugin version number that you are currently using.

Second – I see you are using some custom hook inside the ‘Hooks’ plugin option. Can you please try temporarily disabling it and check for differences?

    sorry for the late response

    1. The verison is: 1.39
    2. Correct i use custom hook. I didn’t use the custom hook before. I used this because if I don’t use a custom hook it will break completely so this after the plugin update

Looks like this custom hook is just not working properly. So you are saying that without it the label doesn’t work at all. But can you please change it? Just choose from the list of available hooks. List contains the most used wp hooks and most probably one of them will work.

I’ve tried all the hooks. the only one that works is “woocommerce_before_single_product” but then the badges jump from the original position.

I think it’s weird. because before the recent updates it worked perfectly. I think this plugin does not work well with Flatsome theme.

Please tell me – how do you manage to create such a label in the image corner? By default the plugin doesn’t support such shapes. If you are using some custom css for this – please try temporarily remove it and check labels one more time.

    Regards
