Labels disappear / human confirmation error

    I just installed this plugin and I’m having some problems getting the form to work as advertised. I can complete the form but every time I enter a value in one of the fields the label on the left disappears. I also can’t submit the form because I get an error saying that I must confirm that I am human. Now I see three check boxes at the bottom of the form. I only see one label that says check this box if you are human and I’ve check all boxes and I keep getting the error.

    I’ve tried changing the form background to see if it’s a font color issue but I still can’t see the labels.

    Has this happened to anyone else?

    Hi Fadia.

    Most of the time this is an issue with theme styles conflicting with the plugins styles. What theme are you using, and have you tried switching the theme to a basic wordpress theme as a test? If not, I recommend you do to see if the issue still exists. If it does not, we know the styles are conflicting.
