Lack of support

    I have had an issue with adding an image to my single gallery and posted a question twice in the suppport forum wtih no response. I am now looking at other plugins to replace File Gallery.

    @resumeready: no offense, but do you really believe that this is a reason to give a plugin a one star review? :/

    It’s been less than a week since you’ve first posted your question. Not to say that that isn’t a long time, but I can only rarely find a decent amount of time to work on File Gallery and answer support questions. And I’ve been sick for the past 6-7 days, it just so happens.

    I know it sometimes takes a long time for me to respond, but, eventually, I will respond. Usually in batches once every few weeks, so please be patient. Thanks for understanding.

    Also, please excuse me if I sound like an a**hole in the post above, it’s hard to convey the tone of one’s voice using just text. You have every right to give a one star review for any reason that is valid to you, I just ask for little understanding…
