Lacking a "validate_password_reset" hook

The copy/pasted authentication code in Theme My Login is now quite out-of-date. I already raised an issue about user_activation_keys.

The lack of the validate_password_reset hook which was introduced in 3.5 is causing compatibility problems with a plugin I’m using that ensures user passwords are longer than a certain number of characters.

Please update.
