Users can download all their messages. Users can request their data. WordPress has build in data export feature for GDPR compliance. This plugin hook into that feature and export message and announcements as well.
Please go to Front End PM > Settings > Privacy to setup what you want to export.
Now when user request they can download their messages.

That is so awesome. I have this Export Messages option ticked but I don’t see it in the front end interface? How do I enable it?
I have checked the “Export Messages” option under Privacy settings but nothing happens. I’ve also tried using another plugin “WP All Export”, but there’s no option to export your Front End PM messages. Can you provide a link or documentation how to do this? Many thanks and appreciate it very much in advance.

Thank you! This works but the confirmation email link has a typo error which causes it not able to verify the login:

The word “confirmaction” in the auto-generated link is spelled wrongly.
Also, is there a way to bypass the user validation email as we can download directly from Admin dashboard? Thanks.
