Laging pages

Hi there can you please help me, as soon as I want to view a product the page breaks, the theme that I’m using is algori shop theme, but all my pages are build with brizy and I did contact the algori shop theme developers they say my page works if they run it without brizy so I’m not sure what to do anymore, I even contacted my service provider and all that they say is that the site is looking for the page called product but it can’t be because I’m using a products plugin with my ecommerce plugin and there was no problem until I install this new theme, please can you help my, I need this site up and running asap.
