Landscape 1.0.2 Help

    Hello there!

    I would highly appreciate it if someone could advise please, on how could I possibly remove the google web fonts from the Landscape 1.0.2 theme created by Blank Themes. I am totally stuck and lost. It references google fonts only via http which gives me trouble because my connection is SSL secure.

    It always gets this line printed in my header <link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’open-sans-css’ href=’http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Droid+Sans%7CDroid+Serif&ver=3.5.1&#8242; type=’text/css’ media=’all’ /> The only thing I would like to do is to remove ‘http’ then no matter which protocol is used (http or https) it will not give me error messages saying that my content is insecure. The problem is that I cannot find this line absolutely anywhere neither in theme’s header.php nor in theme’s functions.php and I have no idea how to remove it from wp_head… Would be grateful for any assistance.     Hey! Let me help all the WordPress experts out there on this forum as well as myself. The whole point was in hard coded http in template.tags.php at the very end of the file! No offense meant but in my opinion that was a very silly line of code of those who developed the theme. WordPress is actaully felxibile and smart enough to declare http and https protocls into a variable thus allowing themes / users to call whichever protocol is needed and make usage on both SSL and non-SSL connections possible. The solution for this theme is to remove http from template.tags.php These exact four letters removal will permit this theme to use both protocols. Hope it will help someone and save on time and headache. Spesifically, it says <link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’open-sans-css’ href=’http://fonts.googleapis.com/&#8230; so get rid of http and leave it like this <link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’open-sans-css’ href=’//fonts.googleapis.com… The other option is to do it the WordPress way but simplicity is normally what I am after.
