Can attribute labels and attribute values translated to the target language automatically? And is it possible to edit the language file for the words which don’t exist?

Regarding plugin localization, this do not include your custom attributes you can join us here – https://poeditor.com/join/project/R0aH1eYeoH

Regarding custom attributes, WPML plugin could help. But compatibility with WP-Property will be added in the next release only.
