This string comes from WooCommerce so you can just translate it in WooCommerce plugin.

Now you only need to update the plugin, then sync your pot file with the new version to translate this text in Boostify header footer plugin.

Still didn’t change, now i changed it from hover menu to cart sidebar and then the “shopping cart” text needs another language
