Hello,
The fields text can be changed from the “Fields” page.
For other texts, you can use a translation plugin such as loco translate.
I use loco translator and define special translation throught “editor” but some text are still not translated. For example: Subscribe to our newsletter, I accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, Remember me, forgot password. Can you check it personally please?

Remember me and forgot password will appear under loco translate, try clicking on “Sync”

For changing login color button, please go to settings -> style -> form ->button
